General rule
Event tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once an order is confirmed.
Cancelled events
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the operator will pass on the refund it receives, minus non-recoverable costs where legally permitted.
Postponed events
Tickets normally remain valid for the rescheduled date. Alternative arrangements are communicated by email.
Right of withdrawal
Consumer withdrawal rights for leisure-event services are typically excluded under EU law. Local rules may vary.
